      Pros

      Benefits are best in the industry. There are promotional opportunities if you are young and have no ties to anything. It can be about who likes you though.

      Cons

      They do not appreciate their managers. I was told I had to make choices between my work life and my family life. If I took vacation, I would have to "make it up" to other managers in the store. They basically penalized me for vacation time, which is my right and benefit. They also have issues with integrity.

      Pros

      Pay was very competitive for retail and the atmosphere was very positive. People were quite friendly and it was fun to come to work most days.

      Cons

      You have responsibility, but it doesnt seem like that much. Glorified shelf-stocker at times. Customers were also a pain at times and difficult, but that happens almost anywhere. Expect to work a few nights a week and every other weekend. Dont expect any time off between Thanksgiving and New Years.

      Not a company you want to work for

      Pros

      They do have a good work life balance and are very reasonable with time off, but that's about it. There is not another pro to working for this company I can think of.

      Cons

      The company is very perception based. Actual performance does mean much. Moving up in the company is based on if you are in the right upper management clique not how you perform. While benefits are good and pay is competitive annual raises and bonuses are almost completely done away with.
