Pros

Target takes the time to understand the strengths and weaknesses of its staff, and place them in positions where they will be most effective. They have a laid back attitude and really are an enjoyable bunch to be around from my experience. You will always run into the incompetent manager who smokes too much, but overall the work experience here, especially compared to other retail stores, is way above average.

Cons

Too much emphasis is placed on "team-building" activities. Also, the pay could be a bit higher. Also, during breaks, food from the deli should be free.

Logistics process and get complicated without the RIGHT leadership. Pay-Below Average They expect more work out of you with less Team Members for the job, but they pay you you less for it!
