Target could work for you

Pros

Flexible hours if you need them. Can accrue vacation time, become eligible for a pretty good benefits package, and make a decent salary (even in the humblest position) if you hang in there through good times and bad.

Cons

Emphasis on a college degree as the single most important criteria for a management position. Many recent grads don't have the job experience or people skills required for leadership roles; these experiences and skills can't be taught in a classroom. In the end, most employees are dead ended or plateaued in their positions.
