Their ideas of a "brand manager" rely on their E's of excellence and leadership dimension strategies. They are constantly judging and evaluating you based on performance, appearance, charisma, how you speak, how you motivate others, and how your image is brought to the forefront. The spend considerable time going over wins and ops for you, and you learn a lot.
Cons
Work life balance: the company and their minions always state that they are concerned with work life balance. However if you are looking to be promoted and a career, work life balance does not exist. Your managers expect you to switch your schedules around constantly and work extra hours and days regardless of your personal life. They say if you want to get promoted your family life is second to work and that is just how it is. You are expected to do this while preaching work life balance to your team, but you do not live this at all.
