ceiling of 'team lead' without a degree, and they love to hire 'business majors' as execs, who have zero experience.... no raises no hours lying by management having eight different bosses no accountability going downhill rapidly....due to poor pay and hours, quality employees are leaving and being replaced with a lower caliber of worker no transparency there is a pay maximum for every position, no matter skill/experience

As a cashier, they will actually time how fast you ring customers up regardless of how many shopping carts and items that the customers have. Depending on who's supervising, you can get a very rude remark, telling you to pick up the pace. If you're setup at a register near the clothes area, be prepared to waste time trying to ring up clothes (some have price tags missing). Even for part-time, the work schedule is not as flexible. It can get very boring on a slow day and on a busy day it can get extremely hectic but that's typical with most retail stores.
