Pros

Decent benefits such as insurance, disability, sick/vacation time pay out when you leave.

Cons

Severe understaffing without consideration, leading to employees taking on double or more the workload. Consistently denied time-off requests and availability changes.

Pros

Relatively easy job, but very detail oriented. A lot more goes into the job than you think. Great overall team.

Cons

If you are full time, it’s rare you’ll ever see 40 hours. Etls, HR’s, and SD’s are always changing. There is not much consistency there, which can make your job go from good to bad or vice versa.
