Pros

Pay is higher than most entry level places

Cons

Pay isn’t worth the workload. It is so stressful trying to keep up with the work now that one person is expected to perform the duties of 3 people. Management doesn’t really care about much other than themselves and meeting their quotas for bonuses. Hours are always up and down. Good luck getting benefits because of that. Favoritism is a big thing in most stores. Management is also very hypocritical with the coachings you get. It’s a reoccurring theme. There’s absolutely no team work, it’s everyone for themselves. I wish I got out sooner.

Pros

Fellow Target employees, and believe it or not, Target guests! If you can become a Team Lead, you're golden.

Cons

Absolutely unrealistic expectations. You can't do half of the tasks expected during your 5.5 hour shift. Only managers are eligible for benefits.

Fun coworkers, fast paced, team atmosphere

Cons

Exhausting, managers sometimes had unrealistic expectations of what they wanted done in a short amount of time
