Pros

- If you are a visual person or love organizing, you’ll fit in with style - Work at your own pace throughout the day with your tasks - Straightforward tasks that aren’t difficult, training is easy as well

Cons

- Depending on your store, the style team tends to be one of the smallest, which means you’re on your own most days, even if truck piles up quick - Hours these days are not enough to get all tasks done, or you’re rushing until the last minute to do so - Style is called for backup in other areas often, so you’ll likely be crosstrained and then taken away from your tasks yet still need to get done with everything
