      Pros

      Has managed disruption better than most companies. However the digital future remains to be seen.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is bad especially when you are an aspiring manager. Success comes at a cost. Have struggled to recruit talented employees in US and other countries. Middle management has an abundance of incompetence, highlight for the 80-20 principle. Needs to invert the industry view of a cost play.

      - Get salary on time - Decent office and lower parel as a location is good place to be

      Cons

      - Highly unorganised and mis managed Senior management - Everything is executed randomly and there is no planning - lots of Hiring and firing, HR has no idea about business and doesnt care about employees. - No Business Growth as well as career growth in future - Long working hours.. day ends at 7.30pm or 8pm.
