1) I have received best training in tech mahindra as a fresher, 2) I do not have any kind of stress in the project, but this will not apply to every one it is completely based on your project and your manager. 3)They will encourage non core employees (ex; I am from civil engineering) still I have managed to get a development project, only skills are important.

Cons

1) For me there are no cons till date.

Learning is easier as there is a not a lot of pressure and you will get time to do your own case studies and projects while in training. Once you join a project, it can be either demanding or very stagnating project. Choose wisely.
