      I wish I could give this company an overall rating of Zero. The leadership at this company could not be worst. They treat employees very badly and say stuff that is not appropriate. I have honestly never seen leadership treating any employee that bad. No professionalism and pay you like peanuts. The salary increase is a joke($1000 per year). You are treated differently based on your gender. Managers are never ready to help and are extremely selfish.

      Great Team Spirit, Working in Agile, working with clients outside India, high expectations, speedy delivery, exposure to Agile and sprints.

      Cons

      Lack of good projects, late allocation of Desk place, need to log into portal for assignment of workstation and log a case to download Skype and other important applications used for work.
