By far, the worst company I've had the misfortune of working for. They can't get their pay system correct. There are people who get a fraction of their pay and others who get nothing at all; this is a common thing and the labour board has been dealing with current and former employees' complaints for well over a year (as of October, 2019). Employees are told that they're to be promoted and to expect a significant raise only to be told a few short weeks later that there is no raise and that the employee should be happy with the experience they are getting. Needless to say, they've stopped "promoting" people and they now call it a "lateral promotion." Biggest load of garbage I've ever heard. They don't care about employee burn-out. They burn out their staff and when a manager has to take time off, their attitude is "ok, next" like people are on their own personal conveyor belt, providing an endless source of labour. I work out of the Riverview, NB site and I can tell you honestly that I'll be totally surprised if this place is still open in six months. And as for working in a comfortable environment, you better bring your jacket to your desk because it's cold AF in that place. I've never worked for a company where I saw people bundled up in blankets and jackets because it's so damn cold in there.
