      Pros

      Focussed on freshers/ITPians Good opportunities for ITPians More emphasis is now being given to non-BT projects which is good as BT projects are mostly support/operations Many greenfield projects are being taken up Good reach in Europe, Oceania, and now in Africa Good chances to go onsite

      Cons

      Lack of transparency with respect to appraisal Favouritism is the highest, manager's favourites get everything If you are a silent worker, your work will go unnoticed If you are in BT project chances are you will learn very less about your technology Mostly operations/Managed Services projects Not very good for laterals as more attention and opportunities given to ITPians ITP Training is below industry standards now

      Pros

      Good for the freshers to start with ITP training is Very Good Good Salary Structure Good Work life balance Opportunities to learn (Depends on the project) married Women who doesn't have any career aspiration can stay for long term

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive a hell lot of restrictions for installing any software on your machine and lot of approval needed which you don't get even if it is urgent basic services to employees not good, even doesn't a good cup of coffee/tea . Pantry poor No retention policy. They tries to retain if you are key resource just by saying but they offer so less that no one wants to retain Middle management is very poor
