      Pros

      - work life balance can be maintained but that depends on project you are working on

      Cons

      - Poor infrastructure - Unfair appraisals - Support departments like HR and TIM sucks. - TIM(Tech Support) department is worst. unreasonable policies that will stop you from doing your work productively - Counter productive working environment. - Good people don't stay for long

      Pros

      Was part of the talent programme GLC. Received top notch induction at XLRI Jamshedpur as well as within TechM. Excellent projects and career profile progression.

      Cons

      Poor UK salary. No Vision, Management headless chickens after losing Sanjay Kalra. great performers are rewarded with even more work and no payrise. there is mass exodus. Environment toxic, no longer conducive best people gone, more will follow.
