      Pros

      vast range of opportunities, onsite opportunities are always round the corner. so if you are comfortable with travelling abroad especially UK / Europe then this is the company you should work for. Also work culture is good, people and subordinates are very co-operative

      Cons

      appraisal hikes are very low, u might get frustrated at times and think of switching the company. cost cutting is heavily undertaken and we can get deprived of basic facilities as employees
