      1. Good work location at Hinjewadi, Pune. 2. Lots of casual leaves approx 30 leaves P.A 3. Clear Salary Structure 4. Employee friendly. 5. Low work tension 6. 8hrs working hours

      1. Poor middle level / top level management. 2. Zero transperancy in appraisals & Recognitions / Varialble pay structure. 3. Poor balance of work load within teams. 4. Too much of time having no work and wasting money in cafeteria. 5. Lesser growth visibility if stayed too long 6. Poor on-site payer in the industry based on standards
