      Pros

      1) Brand Name 2) Onsites 3) If team is good you can survive, else very difficult.

      Cons

      1) Very bad salary structure. 2) Full of politics. 3) If you or your IDU head has good relations, at VP, EVP level, then you are in safe hands otherwise even for getting your own variable pay you will have to plead and have a hard time. 4) 0 % of professionalism. 5) Extremely bad policies, which change randomly at the wish and will of senior management. 6) Higher management always on look out on how to deduct money from employees. 6) Always planning for more harsh policies giving 0 compensation to employees.

      Tech Mahindra is just like any other Organization

      Pros

      1) Work Life balance 2) You can do well if you are technicaly competent.This holds true for every comany. 3) You can atleast give feedback on articles writen by CIO and raise your voice in forums like Freevoice. 4) Training of entry level joines is good.

      Cons

      1) What matters is billability, your technology set doesn't matter. 2) Need to improve the process in non BT and ATNT IDU's. 3) You have to run after IDU's heads to take appovals on RAM upgrade, travel. For project work we need to upgrade to 2 GB RAM, and it took 4 months for IDU to approve it. 4) Your personals belongings/mobiles are not secure in office. It will be stolen if you leave them on your desk.And company is not responsible of this.
