      Pros

      Work location is convenient. I was at Sharda Center office which is located within the city limits so commuting to work is not a hassle. My manager was understanding - gave me time off whenever I requested.

      Cons

      Tech Mahindra has this stupid policy of logging your time in office (at least 8 hrs) and they deduct your salary if you are in office for less time than specified. Needless to say you do not get overtime if you work more. Their policy for promotion and performance reviews are adhoc and depend on your relations with your manager.

      timings are flexible Canteen is decent

      Cons

      You have to clock in 8 hours irrespective of anything else it will be treated as absent! communication between people is very bad very poor organising for new joinees too stingy with company resources Induction into a process is very very bad
