Zero Career opportunities Managers ignore everything and are incompetent The company ignore their employees No benefits Indian Culture... People leaving all the time, No one wants to work here. Lying left and right Have to work all the time! Do not care about red days.

1. They will always choose the least expensive option - regardless of consequences. 2. They care nothing about their people. The words in their literature are just that - words. Their deeds prove time and time again that they're about advancing their own company with no regard to, and often times at the expense of those they employ. 3. HR regularly deceived their people to believe things were a certain way, when in reality, they were the opposite. Very discouraging. 4. Communication between groups within the company is practically non-existent. 5. They are a group that refuses to adapt to the climate of the area they place their contractors in. Some of the Tech Mahindra folks are good people trying to do their best, but the upper management is cold, ruthless, and cares very little for the people they employ. Unless you're completely desperate: Avoid This Company!
