Training is horrible. You don’t learn much at all, only how to describe animals and guess 2 truths and a lie. Left a new employee alone at office for hours with no instructions. Next time in office the new employee wasn’t even greeted and had to wait by the door for 1 hour, then told no one in office could help and then had to call manager who was working from home. Also this company demands explanation on medical issues, which isn’t legal. Employee was also never given any contact information to a supervisor Even when asking for it.

Bureaucratic Structure: A lot of red tape and rigid structures make it hard to implement change or streamline workflows.
