Cons

- Extreme high fluctuation - Management starts rumors about the employees to destroy team-power - Indian culture - not respecting the workforce at all - Very law level recruitment - not relevancy and consistency in hiring -Payroll is a joke - Indian payroll team with zero local payroll knowledge -Incompetent leadership - Management has an own "gang" from "proactive" workers - Management lies about cafeteria and other benefits and actually about everything - Completely not organized at all

Good salaries to employees in Canada.

Complete lack of management. I only spoke with my manager when there was issues with the “client” but there was no guidance what so ever. I was working an average of 16 hours a day even most of the weekends and my bosses did even know that. 10 day vacations a year but never was able to take more than 3 consecutive days and always even in vacation I must answer the phone and log in the computer to fix problems. (Calls are day and night as India schedule is the opposite of Canada) With the amount of hours I was working at Tech M easily I could have two jobs and be less stressed.

- no cafeteria/benefits for Service Desk Agents - poor quality of recruitment (they hire people with poor language skills, technical skills) - chaotic departments (e.g. HR, Payroll) - the office/kitchen is dirty
