      Company with lot of "manequin managers" , not carying about employees satisfaction

      Flexible schedule, nice salary at beginning,

      Cons

      No one cares about your satisfaction at work place, company policy are not clear, if there are mistakes example in salary calculation they will fix it by next payroll, which means you have to wait like one month to get the situation fixed.

      They pay you, but not on time or right.

      Cons

      Culture issues with hiring US employees. HR is the worst I've ever seen. You can't even call someone to get help. They will hire you without having a contract in place. My W2 they sent has the wrong SSN#. They possibly have misplaced my number. Useless training required. Hiring takes Months, and you have to send the same things like 4-5 times. unprofessional & very dishonest with Employees.
