Pros

- depending on your contract, as long as you are doing your job you dont have to worry about losing it - show up on time is the bare minimum - paycheck every two weeks - roughly over 2 weeks of PTO can be earned during the year - health, dental, vison is avalable if you want it

Cons

- room for growth is slim to none for US agents - pay raises are small if any - any change of upper brass will cancel your yearly raise - management will tell you lies about getting you an early pay raise and make up every excuse as to why its delayed - bonuses (if any) will be late or not happen

Cons

Lack of proper training, High stress, no support from higher-ups, and micro management from managers. What we learned in training is not even applied to any of the actual work and the resources are unhelpful. Despite it being remote, this is one of the most stressful jobs I have ever worked in.

None. Low pay, insensitive, microsmanaging.

Cons

Worst place to work. Get 30 seconds between calls. Horrible place to work. They expect you to work like robots. I have been having mental health issues and when I asked for a few days off they denied and told me to plan it 21 days in advance when I have been having anxiety and panic attacks. They don’t have enough people to support but they expect perfect results. Biggest mistake of my life.
