Nothing, Worst company I ever worked for.

The company's decision to lay off several employees was solely based on salary considerations, resulting in the retention of numerous underperforming staff while almost all the talented individuals were let go. The termination speech we received was curt and unempathetic: "You will be terminated in 30 days, with no severance package. That's all I have to say." The incompetence and lack of proper processes within this company are astonishing.
