Joined this company 1 month back. Was hired for a project but project got ramped up before me joining the company and no one informed me about this after joining the company. I got into bench as soon as I joined. They was no information regarding bench you have to understand with project coding stating BUFF in the starting code of the project. The mail will state that you are aligned to a new project but with the help of code in the project ID we will know about bench. Now, they are telling leave the company due to compliance issue of bench wait(60 days). Nothing was informed to us I repeat nothing. Don't join because they don't have projects.

Omg where do I start. Pay is wrong as its done in India and they won't allow UK payroll to take charge. HR department is a gang as they are all of Asian decent they only look out for themselves and anyone in their race. Promise of payrise but then it's later replaced by upper management ordering pizza and raffle ticket. They do everything in their power not to pay you correctly and if wrong they amend this by giving you some money that is yours and owed to you and then taking it back on the following pay. Which then makes you ask why do you take money I worked for and then make me give it back to the company. The money owed to you will be the hardest thing to claim back to the point you don't want it anymore as you could wait for another month to get money owed then taken off because they don't want to pay money owed
