      Depends on project, if get to work at client location ofcourse in India(don't expect onsite even after working for 7 yrs in the company) you will.be saved big time

      None. Tech M does not have a single con. Join this company ONLY IF you are not getting job anywhere else.

      Cons

      Tech M senior management sign deals on unpractical terms - both in terms of financials as well as delivery timelines. Senior Management and Sales folks gets all the accolades. Then the pressure gets passed to delivery from which scape goats are conveniently identified and laid off!!! Word "increment" is not there in Tech M's dictionary.
