Pros
Cultural activities are conducted and they are only activity that makes feel good.
Cons
First project no work. Next project 24 X 7 mode including weekends. Most of projects contracts didn't came and few onsite opportunities are gone because of projects hold from client side. Company seems to be struggling to meet quarter profit margins. Shared resources , minimal resources are few concepts to get most out of least.
