Approachable Managers. I dont find anything else. It was my bad to join this company. No onsite, no ethics. Seniors are good as soon as your are in agreement with them for anything.

Cons

No work ethics. Not good for laterals. You have to forget the word 'Hike' if you are working in techmahindr. Forget onsite opportunities even if your manager promises you.
