Recognition for talent, good growth opportunities within teams, Challenging projects, Skill enhancement opportunity, Great work life balance in selected projects. On-site opportunities in some projects.

Cons

Poor compensation at off-shore and at on-site at higher experience levels, bad appraisal model. Not so pro-active in bagging new projects, also not many POC's which can be showcased with the client are created/developed.
