Even though sometimes there is a lot of work, your effort is always compensated. - Excellent stability in the job and the daily challenges keeps you motivated, gives you focus to improve yourself. - Excellent work environment and culture to have a very positive and productive way of working in the entire organization with several teams and peers globally with respect, open communication and kindness. - Despite the "hype" of famous global companies, Telefonica is way much better that the so-called (and mostly advertised) global companies to work for from US West Coast (Telefonica doesn't have it all like they to, but the company is inclusive, there is no discrimination in age, gender and we have an excellent equal pay). - Home office work is outstanding.
Cons
- Due to the struggle in a very competitive digital world, price constrains in our services and some budget limits some training are limited (specially to travel), so most training are "Digital" (online), and rarely to travel to get training to any other location besides your home town. - If you want to go a step ahead, sometimes you'll have to invest in your own training and certifications since it's hard for the company to support you on that.
