Pros

Televisa is one of the world’s largest content producers and the second largest media conglomerate in Latin America with interest in television broadcasting in Mexico and the U.S.

Cons

A lot of changes in the last years, also, a lot of uncertainty.

Pros

Few great benefits, you can work as much as you want, no one will notice anyway.

Cons

No career plan plus non-merit based growth. Very low salaries, unless you get to the very top, but only a few politically benefited friends and family. Old-school management style in a family business environment (even though it is a Public Company), working long hours while most of the people only check their time schedule by heating their chair. There is null flexibility and inexistent capability to reinvent, so afraid to fail and unable to react that it is declining at a fast pace.
