Solid company with lot of contacts and chances to get noticed in the industry of telecommunications

Cons

Overloaded with procedures. It is get difficult to get promoted. Systems are not state of the art of the industry. Salaries are considered to be below or in the average of the industry.

- get to know how the TV industry works - You are able to develop an strategic way of thinking - You get to work with the best of areas like sales, marketing and production - You develop a series of skills to know how to integrate in an organic way, the product into the content. - You develop negotiation skills

Cons

- There is not a career plan made - You have to know how to deal with stress - there are no limited working hours - the heads of the areas tend to have personal preferences or difficulties with their team, and that leads to an unpleasant work environment

High level of professionalism, it's a very good place to learn and to be in contact with the tv business in Mexico.

Cons

Terrible working hours, 14 plus per day. No social security or any other benefits. No support from the company what so ever.
