Not a good environment. A lot of work for a very bad paid. Most of the employees are unhappy.

Pros

You gain lot´s of experience working for one of the biggest Television networks in Latin America, being able to produce as diverse and sometimes interesting promotional pieces.

Cons

Sometimes you need to work many extra hours and never receive a benefit from it. No rest. No thank you. If you can´t follow with that work environment, they´ll probably let you go, regardless of the time spent with them.
