Very smart people, creative, beautiful artists. Broad range of activities within a massive media conglomerate that covers everything from telenovelas production to publishing.

Cons

Lots of politics. You have to be aligned to one of the four main groups within the company of Emilio Azcarraga and/or his three lieutenants. This is for the upper echelons of the company. If you are a medium or low level employee its difficult to get ahead.
