A lot of benefits. Stability. Good reputation. A good opportunity to learn new technologies. Exposure to many different vendor technologies. Participate in complex problems resolution.

Cons

Low salary. Not a good place to work. They don't recognize your achievements and don't support you. Lack of planning. Informality. Lack of time to share with family.

Cons
