Great perks for all-time employees (if you’re in the right place). Above average benefits (medical insurance, vacations, end-of-year bonus).

Cons

Too vertical organization, incapable to react to quick shifts in media landscape. No strategic view of the digital world; upper management have no faintest clue of the digital future (and no real curiosity about it). Tortuous bureaucratic processes everywhere; more focused on not loosing money than in making making new revenues. Hierarchy (and family relations) rule: a “Game of Thrones” constant scenario.
