Good pay Easy job progression Amazing team spirit Good benefits e.g. End of year bonus, privledge card, exclusive staff offers etc Management easy to get on with Flexible working hours

Cons

Your experience at Tesco and how enjoyable it is totally depends on the store you work in. I have had the experience of doing overtime in other stores (to help them out) and hated every minute. They aren't the best at getting your monthly pay correct

10% discount card. But you have to have been employed with Tesco for 6 months before you are eligible to get one.

Cons

The work is menial and extremely boring (particularly at a dotcom centre). You are monitored on everything that you do, and pickers are even monitored on the length/frequency of bathroom breaks. Everything about this company is extremely impersonal and simply profit driven, avoid it if you possibly can. They couldn't care less about the welfare of their staff. Couldn't wait to leave, worst job I've ever had.
