Pros
Discounts and benefits co workers can make it fun. That’s literally it. I was miserable.
Cons
Long hours management is a revolving door. They always hire someone from a place where they have zero experience like wing stop. Then ask the Sr staff to train them. It’s a joke! They lie it’s hard to move up. No work life balance at all. Don’t even think about having kids here. HR sucks they also come in and out. Lie to you and say whatever to get you to quit. Working overtime is senseless because the amount of taxes they take out your check is ridiculous! It’s modern day slavery.
