I could write a book but to simplify it reminded me of high school & the ‘managers’ were the mean girls. -they’ll make you believe there’s growth opportunity but if you aren’t sleeping with one of them or brown nosing you will not advance. -management loves to say they ‘fought’ for you to get a raise and then throw 80 cents to a dollar at you. -don’t get use to the metrics because they will change week to week as managers come up with off the wall ideas daily. -don’t ever have a personal issues come up because they will make you feel bad for it. -don’t have too many questions cause they’ll make you feel silly for not knowing it even though training is mediocre at best. -avoid thinking there’s loyalty. Whether someone’s been there for 2 weeks or 5 years it’s an even playing field on how much they don’t value you, you.
