Toxic workplace environment Management searches for ways to not pay employees such as changing metrics to ensure lower employee scores Very incompetent management that includes underpaid and under qualified candidates that cannot write properly Nepotism and being white are the only ways to get promoted in this department Diversity and inclusion is advertised but there has not been a minority promotion hire in the department since last year No windows in workspace and desks are not even a foot apart. 2 weeks notice is required to call off for vacation time and even then it is not guaranteed

Absolute lack of care for employees. Working mandatory overtime, often 10+ Hour shifts 6 days a week, double pay on holidays, but mandatory holiday work as well. Basically 0 chance to have a healthy work life balance
