Great on Paper and or if you have a high BS threshold
Pros
-Amazing benefits/discounts/stock offers - Steady hours and the condensed work week is great - very hard to get fired (also a massive con) - No hassle over taking PTO or Sick time (see con for the downside)
Cons
- Terrible trainers/leads who only give the company line and check the boxes to say they "trained" someone - $1 level 2 pay raises are dangled in front of your face like some coveted prize to earn like your a pig on a string - nobody is fired regardless of work ethic or sobriety even. Takes weeks and weeks of days missed for someone to finally be looked at to be let go - With rare exceptions all the leads and supervisors have an air of arrogance to them like they are Elon and are self serving people looking for their next $2 pay bump - PTO and sick time accrual is terrible with people needing to go on unpaid leave just to recover from flu's or stomach bugs then hassled to be cleared again
