Pros

Friendly environment and high ethic values.

Cons

No career growth. Your boss has the power to either make or break you. Politics is rampant. HR department is pro managers. They will not give the feedback from 20 employees to the boss of their boss even if almost everyone is resigning.

Pros

Awesome employees, everyone is willing to help, great pay, a lot of learning and growth opportunities.

Cons

The need to hire more accountants. Many accountants have left and not been replaced so many people are doing 2 peoples work for no extra pay. It’s not short term because I have seen this the entire time I have been here. It makes work life balance tough.
