Pros

1. Decent Pay 2. Company really cares about the employees 3. Good projects with foreseeable future

Cons

1. RSU Vesting schedule 2. Managers always under the pressure the get things done and pass on the stress to their peers. 3. Hiring plenty of NCGs, many of them have no interest in gaining knowledge, just show off their college tag and use TI tag outside to get limelight. 4. You always have multiple projects and have to be responsible to look after the new ones, who doesn't listen to you.
