Pros

1. TI won't let one regret for their salary (in General). 2. Work culture is quite good (in general) 3. Work environment and work flow is quite set, so no extra pain in getting IT related, or helpdesk related things done.

Cons

1. Some teams are quite bad wrt treating employees. People switch, mainly because of a bad manager. 2. Growth is somehow slow.
