Pros

varies depending on team*** Supportive senior designers. No ego with senior engineers.

Cons

Sims can take a long time, like days. I feel quite repetitive and frustrated when I have to run those sims.

Pros

Interesting work. Very pleasant atmosphere if you excel at your role. Many talented designers. Lots of different technologies across the company.

Cons

Management above direct supervisor is rarely technical. Too many levels of management. Very much a marketing led company. Very risk adverse and short term revenue mind set. Poor performances based bonus incentives. Raises/Promotions require political hoops.
