Talented, motivated and very helpful co-workers. Great values and supervisors are understanding. A place to build good relationships.

Too many loops to go through to get basic work done.

Pros

One of the few companies left in America whom actually have semiconductor foundry. You get to learn silicon hands on.

Cons

It is very difficult to fix mistakes once silicon is cast. Work-around solutions will not fix the problems. It is chasing-your-tail problem.
