Pros

- There is a lot of opportunity to learn, the teammates are all technically strong. - Interesting projects, with relative freedom to experiment. - Once you get used to the team and the work, you can take things a bit easy.

Cons

- Pay is less than industry peers. Poor RSU options. - Sometimes deadlines can be pretty daunting, but the team usually has your back. - Can't switch roles easily to something more interesting. - Very old school culture, difficult to form connections with teammates.
