Pros

With long history of leading company in semiconductor industry, TI has technical strength in Analog circuits and one of the best world wide sale forces.

Cons

Just one big player in Dallas area so, there is not much attractive to young generation engineers. Company culture is respectful to individual but, could be boring to some people.
