Pros

Big company, ok benefits, colleagues are generally nice, people from all over, many job disciplines. Can be easy to move to different position within company. Have rotation programs.

Cons

Work live balance is hard. Traffic is really bad. Feel somewhat disconnected with the main site. Weather can be harsh at times. TI is very stingy at times and cheap.

Pros

1. The projects given are relevant to the work going on in the team 2. One gets first hand experience on industry related design standards 3. It is the best place to start work in the electronics field

Cons

The NDA restrictions make it difficult to access relevant information easily. One has to work hard towards getting the same. However, its justified at their end to place these restrictions.
