Pros

Great place to spend the first 5 years of your career. SVA (ex-National) troops work hard and are very dedicated.

Cons

The target gets bigger as you get older and more expensive. It's only good if you are a "made man", otherwise, don't get too comfortable.

Pros

A trusted supplier to top OEM’s with a strong history of delivering globally, a wide breadth of products in very high volume.

Cons

Despite declining revenue the corporate strategy, “execute and gain share”, is a clear depiction of just how out of touch top management has become clinging to an excel-like, bottom line philosophy - simply embarrassing. Forcing a playbook - do as I say - strategy in place of pride and innovation has alienated the vast majority of the mostly engineering company.
